When making a purchase with ELISTIL you acknowledge that you can not obtain a refund on your purchase unless it’s faulty or the parcel is lost in delivery. If your order the incorrect size, it’s faulty or would like to swap your purchase for another item we are happy to exchange within 7 days of arrival.
Exchanges must be sent to the ELISTIL HEAD OFFICE.

Please note that we don’t accept exchanges on sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
The garment has not been altered and/or washed and is in a resalable condition.
The garment has not been damaged whilst in the customer’s possession.
The customer has proof of the garment purchase in a ELISTIL online store.
The garment is unworn, unused and as sold.
The original ELISTIL swing ticket is attached to garment.
